Hit-Run Crash: Man Charged After Woman Struck, Killed In Hudson Valley A Hudson Valley man has been charged in the death of a woman who was hit and killed by a car. Rockland County resident Bryan Castillo-Solorzano, age 26, of Spring Valley, was arrested on Thursday, Feb. 16, and charged with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash that resulted in death, said Lt. Michael Gannon of the Ramapo Police.  The crash took place on Saturday, Feb. 11 on Hempstead Lane in the Hillcrest section of Ramapo, Gannon said. Man Who Rammed Vehicle In Westchester Had 'Kill List,' DOJ Says A Westchester County man with a kill list of prominent people in his vehicle and who told cops he was "Jesus Christ," has been charged in federal court for ramming an MTA vehicle, according to a complaint filed by the United States Department of Justice. Nicholas Skulstad, of Dobbs Ferry, was charged with the destruction of a motor vehicle on Thursday, April 22, for the Monday, April 5 crash.
