Rensselaer County resident Matthew Ramos, of North Greenbush, left his home at the Eagle Rock Apartments sometime overnight Thursday, April 4, according to police. Detectives had urged residents in the Defreestville, Highland Park, and Mansions area to check their outside surveillance video to aid in the search.
