Investigation Underway After Hudson Valley Home Catches Fire An investigation is underway after a house in the Hudson Valley caught fire. It happened in Rockland County, on Thornwood Drive in New City at about 1 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 10, according to the Clarkstown Police Department. The residents who were in the home at the time were all able to get outside safely, according to the Clarkstown Police Department. Fast-Moving Fire Destroys Home, Vehicles In Hudson Valley Three residents were treated for smoke inhalation after a fast-moving fire destroyed their Hudson Valley home and two vehicles. The Rockland County fire started around 6:30 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 29, in the Town of Ramapo at 987 Haverstraw Road in the village of Wesley Hills. According to Det. Sgt.
