The incident occurred in Dutchess County around 11:15 a.m., Monday, Dec. 25, at the CVS located at 2503 South Road (Route 9) in the town of Poughkeepsie. According to Lt. The incident took place around 10:12 p.m., Monday, Nov. 9, in the area of Hooker Avenue in the City of Poughkeepsie, said City of Poughkeepsie Police Det. Lt. Matt Clark. According to Clark, officers responded to the area after the department received multiple 911 calls regarding a man shot in the area.
