Hudson Valley Man Nabbed For Spray Painting Graffiti On Multiple Buildings: Police A man was busted for allegedly spray painting multiple buildings with large graffiti letters in the region. Dutchess County resident Richard Bulson, age 40, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested on Friday, Sept. 27, for the Saturday, Sept. 21 incident on Main Street in Beacon. According to Beacon Police Chief Thomas Figlia, an investigation identified Bulson as responsible for the alleged crimes. Man From Region Caught Spray Painting American/Israeli Flag, Police Say A Hudson Valley man was caught in the act of allegedly defacing a joint American/Israeli flag with spray paint, police said. The incident occurred in Rockland County around 4:20 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 3, in the Monsey area of Ramapo. According to Lt. Chris Franklin of the Ramapo Police, a patrol officer spotted the man wearing a face mask while walking on Main Street in Monsey. He watched as the man, identified as Benzion Rivlin, age 33, of Monsey, approached a joint American and Israeli flag on the property of a business located at 45 Main St., Franklin said. The incidents took place in Ulster County in Ellenville, a village in the town of Wawarsing on Saturday, Nov. 4 around 6 p.m. on Canal Street and Maiden Lane. Know this graffiti? Schenectady Police were called at around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 14, with reports that someone had drawn swastikas on the side of St. Joseph’s Church on Lafayette Street During their investigation, officers discovered several more swastikas and other symbols that had been drawn in chalk on numerous businesses in the downtown area, police said.
