The FBI recovered the white van that authorities believe the two shooters in Tuesday’s gun battle with police in Jersey City had lived in after they were evicted from their Elizabeth home. The son of former NYPD Commissioner Bernard Kerik was among a group of officers who rushed a Jersey City kosher grocery in an armored vehicle on Tuesday following a prolonged gun battle with a couple who killed a fellow officer and three civilians.
