Man Charged With Shooting Of 2 Men At Hudson Valley Restaurant A Hudson Valley man has been charged with attempted murder in the shooting of two men inside an area restaurant. The incident took place in Rockland County on Saturday, Oct. 22, 2022, in Haverstraw at the P&D Seafood restaurant at 9 Main St. Haverstraw police responded to the area of 9 Main St., on a report of shots fired in the area, said Capt. John Gould Jr., of the Haverstraw Police. During an investigation, it was determined that two men were shot inside the restaurant, Gould said. Man Accused Of Shooting Capital District Woman Through Window Arrested Police say they've nabbed the man suspected of shooting a 60-year-old Albany woman through her own window. Raheem Hines, age 44, of Albany, was arrested Monday, May 16, according to authorities. Investigators said at the time of his arrest Hines had a loaded 9mm handgun, Albany Police said. His capture came nearly a week after the victim was found suffering from a gunshot wound to her abdomen inside her home on Partridge Street near Madison Avenue. Man Accused Of Hitting 23-Year-Old In Head With Tire Thumper, Police Say A 53-year-old man was arrested by New York State Police after allegedly assaulting a 23-year-old man walking along an area roadway with a tire thumper. Ulster County resident Don Mackenzie, of Accord, was arrested shortly before 10:30 a.m. on Monday, March 22 following an investigation by New York State Police in Kingston into an alleged assault over the weekend.
