Fairfield County resident J. Michael Cline, the founder of Fandango and other startups, who died from an apparent suicide after falling from the 20th floor of a luxury hotel in Manhattan, was a father of six.
Cline, age 64, a homeowner in Greenwich, died around 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, July 16, at the Kimberly Hotel on 50th Street, said the New York City Police Department.
"Upon arrival, officers found an unconscious and unresponsive male with injuries indicative of a fall from an elevated position. An investigation remains ongoing," NYPD said.

A student at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York has been accused of threatening to shoot, stab, and rape Jewish students at the Ivy League school.
Patrick Dai, a 21-year-old junior originally from Pittsford, New York, was arrested on Tuesday, Oct. 31 on a federal criminal complaint charging him with posting threats to kill or injure another using interstate communications, according to prosecutors in the Northern District of New York.

Confirmed COVID-19 cases continue to increase at Cornell University a day after the university announced it was moving to Alert Level Red.
According to Cornell's COVID-19 dashboard, 276 new COVID-19 cases have been reported, bringing the total number of students to test positive for COVID-19 between Tuesday, Dec. 7, and Monday, Dec. 13, to 883.

Missing Cornell University Freshman Found Dead
The body of a missing 18-year-old Cornell University student has been recovered.
Antonio Tsialas, a freshman enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences, had not been seen or heard from since attending an on-campus event at the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity on Thursday night, Oct. 24. He was reported missing Friday, Oct. 25 after failing to meet up with a family member.
The body of Tsialas, of the Miami, Florida area, was found in Fall Creek by Ithaca Falls Saturday evening, Oct. 26, state police and the university announced.
