The Dutchess County Sheriff's Office reported that Brandon Mima, age 21, of Beacon, currently held at the Dutchess County Justice and Transition Center, is accused of contacting two individuals protected by the order via telephone. 4 Apprehended After Gunfire Breaks Out In Broad Daylight Near City Hall In Hudson Valley Four suspects have been apprehended after gunfire broke out in broad daylight near a city hall in the region. The incident happened just before 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21 in Poughkeepsie in the area of 55 Washington St. Officers responded to a report of multiple shots fired opposite Poughkeepsie City Hall. No gunshot victims were found but property damage was observed, and officers were informed of a vehicle that had fled the scene, Poughkeepsie PD Det. Sgt. Cocaine, Fentanyl Dealer Nabbed In Hudson Valley, Police Say A 37-year-old alleged cocaine and fentanyl dealer was nabbed by police investigating drug sales in the Hudson Valley. Dutchess County resident Michael Graham, age 37, of the city of Poughkeepsie was scooped up in Pershing Avenue Park by agents on Thursday, Sept. 14. According to Sgt. Adam Harris of the Dutchess County Drug Task Force, Graham was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance after he was nabbed with large amounts of crack cocaine and fentanyl packaged ready to sell. Task Force Bust: Hudson Valley Man Nabbed With Drugs, Police Say A Hudson Valley man has been charged with alleged criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell following an investigation by an area drug task force. Dutchess County resident Alonzo Newman, age 35, of the city of Poughkeepsie, was arrested on Friday, Sept. 1, in Poughkeepsie. Newman was arrested following a warrant search at his home related to ongoing narcotic sales in the Poughkeepsie area, said Det.
