New Hudson Valley Eatery Serves Up Modern American Fare
A Hudson Valley cafe that opened a little over a year ago has become a beloved neighborhood destination, according to foodies and casual diners.
The Four Star Cafe in Rockland County, in Congers, is known for its small plates, pizzas, good food, and stiff drinks.
Yelper Global M. said: "Should be called five-star cafe. Nothing else to say beyond that. Good food. Good service. Especially make sure to get dessert."
The pizzas, flamed-grilled burgers, and many appetizers, including the Bronx-style calamari and the petit lamb chops, seem to be menu favorites.

Covid-19: NY Issues New Guidelines For Gatherings, Including In Homes, Restaurants, Bars, Gyms
Indoor and outdoor gatherings in New York State will be limited to no more than 10 people under sweeping new measures to combat the increase of COVID-19 cases announced on Wednesday, Nov. 11.
In addition, restaurants, and bars that have liquor licenses must close each day by 10 p.m. Gyms, health clubs and bowling alleys also must close by 10 p.m.
The new rules go into effect on Friday, Nov. 13.
In making the announcement, Gov. Andrew Cuomo said further steps could be taken, including prohibiting indoor dining at restaurants and bars.

Covid-19: Here's What New Businesses Will Reopen As Hudson Valley, Long Island Near Phase 3
The Hudson Valley and Long Island are on track to become the latest regions in New York to enter Phase 3 of opening up the economy as the state recovers from the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.
Provided the COVID-19 numbers continue to stay steady, the Hudson Valley will enter Phase 3 on Tuesday, June 23, with Long Island following suit a day later on Wednesday, June 24.
