'Wannabe Racecar Driver' Indicted For Stunt Crash Injuring 19-Year-Old In Patchogue A man accused of injuring a spectator during an illegal street takeover on Long Island was indicted on multiple charges. Matthew Mitchell, age 20, of Brooklyn, was charged with assault and related charges in Suffolk County Court on Thursday, Oct. 31.
