Man Indicted For Fatal Hit-Run, Accused of Leaving Scene After Striking Person In Suffolk
A 32-year-old has been indicted for allegedly fleeing the scene of a crash that killed a man on Long Island. Benjamin Sheen-Waltzer, of Southampton, was charged with leaving the scene of an incident without reporting and tampering with physical evidence after allegedly striking 67-year-old Angel Asitimbay with his GMC pickup truck on Wednesday, March 6 in Hampton Bays, according to Suffolk County District Attorney Raymond A.
