"I don’t usually order a hamburger when I go out to eat," said a Readers' Choice voter, "but Painter’s hamburgers are so good that I can’t resist.

The 2024 Daily Voice Readers' Choice contest to name the Best of the Best on Long Island began with reader nominations in October and ended with a voting period for finalists in 80+ categories in December.
