Crystal Meth Mailed To Board Of Elections Office In Region State and federal law enforcement officials are investigating after a Board of Elections office in the region received a suspicious package from an unknown foreign sender via UPS. The incident occurred in Dutchess County at the Dutchess County Board of Elections (DCBOE) in Poughkeepsie on Monday, Oct. 7.
