Emergency crews in Albany were called about someone lying in the roadway near the intersection of Commerce Avenue and North Manning Boulevard shortly after 5 a.m. Monday, July 29. 22-Year-Old Woman Stabbed During Capital Region Robbery A woman is recovering after she was stabbed during a robbery in the region. Albany Police were called at around 7:45 p.m. Friday, June 14, for a robbery near Washington and Lexington avenues. Officers found a 22-year-old woman suffering from a stab wound to her back. She was taken to Albany Medical Center Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
