A New Jersey woman— with ties to multiple other states — is wanted for allegedly defrauding Pennsylvania hospitals of more than $600,000 by faking a sickle cell diagnosis and has been raising money online for assisted suicide in Switzerland, Pennsylvania State Police announced and GoFundMe confirmed to Daily Voice on Tuesday, March 18.

Saratoga County Sheriff’s officials stopped Ricky Trombley, 52, in the Village of Corinth at around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, after noticing what appeared to be an altered inspection sticker, deputies said.

A school bus carrying 31 people, including children, overturned on the Garden State Parkway in Montvale Monday night, March 10, shutting down all lanes, officials said.
New Jersey State Police responded to the crash at 7:39 p.m. near milepost 170.5 in Montvale, according to New Jersey State Police Sgt. Charles Marchan. A preliminary investigation found that the bus, driven by a 44-year-old Lakewood man, veered off the right side of the roadway and overturned, authorities said.
