Chuck Mangione died on Tuesday, July 22, according to a family statement. The 84-year-old's death was first reported by the Democrat & Chronicle, a newspaper in his hometown of Rochester, NY. Mangione's family said he "peacefully passed away in his sleep" at his Rochester home. He was most well-known for the song "Feels So Good," along with the 1977 album with the same name. King Kullen Closing This Nassau County Store After 30 Years Long Islanders will soon have one less option when it comes to buying groceries. Supermarket chain King Kullen is set to close its Levittown store after 30 years in business, an employee confirmed to Daily Voice. The store will close for good at 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3. Employees are being offered positions at the grocer’s other Long Island locations. Founded in 1930, the Hauppauge-based King Kullen operates 31 locations across Nassau and Suffolk counties, four of them under its Wild by Nature subsidiary.
