Brittany Chavarria-Hernandez was last seen leaving her Hempstead home on foot around 3 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 14, according to Nassau County Police. Her disappearance was reported to authorities at about 9 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 15. Brittany is described as Hispanic, 5-foot-2 and about 110 pounds, with red hair and brown eyes. Trio Sought Following Robbery At Nassau County Convenience Store If you recognize these young men, police want to hear from you. Detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating three suspects following a robbery at a Long Island convenience store. The incident happened in Uniondale, at the Pump & Stuff gas station on Jerusalem Avenue, at around 3:45 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 20. Nassau County Police said one suspect concealed various items in his pockets while another distracted the employee. A third culprit held the door open. When the clerk confronted the one who was stealing, the suspect pushed past them and ran out of the store without paying.…
