Long Island Boy, 16, Has Been Missing Over Week
If you’ve seen this missing teen, police want to hear from you.
Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a Long Island teenager who has been missing for over a week.
Zyddon Powell, 16, of Riverhead, was last seen on Sunday, Jan. 12, according to the New York State Missing Persons Clearinghouse.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black sweatpants, and black sneakers.
It was not immediately clear where Powell was last seen.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the New York State Missing Persons Clearinghouse at 1-800-346-3543.

Missing 15-Year-Old Hempstead Girl Found Over Week After Disappearance
Update:
A Long Island girl who had been missing for more than a week has been found.
Genesis Alvarez Osorto, 15, was last seen at her residence in Hempstead on Harvard Street at around 7 p.m. on Saturday, July 27, according to Nassau County Police.
On Monday afternoon, Aug. 5, police announced she's been located.
