Faustin Nsabumukunzi, 65, of Bridgehampton, was indicted on charges of visa fraud and attempted naturalization fraud in Central Islip federal court on Thursday, April 24. The charges stem from allegations that he lied to US immigration officials for decades in order to obtain refugee status, a green card, and later US citizenship, prosecutors said. 73-Year-Old ID'd As Long Island Drowning Victim Authorities have identified a drowning victim on Long Island. The Southampton Town Police Department said it received an abandoned 911 call from the vicinity of Gibson Lane in Sagaponack at about 3:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4. Dispatchers were able to re-contact the caller who reported a man was missing in the water after going swimming at Gibson Beach.  Southampton Town Police patrol officers, Marine Units, detectives, Bridgehampton FD and EMS responded to the area to search for the man. The New York store, located on Long Island, will close on Sunday, Oct. 20, a store employee told NBC affiliate WJAR in Providence on Sunday, Sept. 22. The store is in Bridgehampton on Montauk Highway (Route 27). A smaller format store in Miami, Florida remains open, the report said.
