Chaotic Street Takeover: Duo Nabbed After Cop Punched, Dragged By Car In Islip Two men have been apprehended on charges in connection with a chaotic street takeover on Long Island in which a police officer was assaulted and dragged by a vehicle, officials said. The incident occurred early Sunday, Nov. 3,  in Islip.
