27-Year-Old Accused Of Promoting Prostitution, Sex Trafficking On Long Island A man has been accused of sex trafficking and promoting prostitution on Long Island. Queens resident Wilson Rodriguez Peralta, 27, of Maspeth, was arrested without incident on Friday night, Oct. 4 in Hicksville, following a Nassau County Police investigation.  Peralta has been charged with: Sex trafficking,  Criminal possession of a controlled substance, Promoting prostitution.  He was scheduled to be arraigned Saturday, Oct. 5, at First District Court in Hempstead.
