Man Sexually Abused 12-Year-Old Girl In Capital Region, Sent Her 'Indecent' Material: Police A 19-year-old man from the region is facing charges after allegedly sexually abusing a young girl. Warren County resident Leon Carney, of Warrensburg, was arrested Thursday, June 8 following an investigation by the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. According to investigators, Carney was found to have had sexual contact with a 12-year-old girl in the village of Victory Mills in May 2023. He also sent the child “indecent material” through a social networking app, deputies said.
