Covid-19: Westchester, Hudson Valley Cleared To Start Phase 4 - Here's What It Means
The Hudson Valley is set to become the latest region in New York to enter Phase 4 of reopening the economy as the state recovers from the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Effective Tuesday, July 7, the Hudson Valley will join the Capital Region, Western New York, the Southern Tier, Finger Lakes, Central New York, Mohawk Valley, and North Country in Phase 4.

An office manager in Fairfield County who grew up in and graduated from high school in Northern Westchester has died at age 52..
Carol L. Dreska, (nee Chiacchia) of Sherman, Connecticut, died Thursday, Aug. 15 at Lake Bomoseen, Vermont.
She was the office manager for Neves Electric in Brookfield.
Dreska was born on Feb. 27, 1967, in Mount Kisco, to the late Mario and Patsy Chiacchia. She grew up in Katonah and attended John Jay High School in Cross River.
