The crash occurred south of Exit 42 (Railroad Avenue) in Bedford at around 8:30 a.m. Nearby, Route 22 reopened in both directions after a downed tree and wires in the area of Route 138 in Lewisboro. There were also earlier delays on southbound I-684 just before 9 a.m. after a crash just north of Exit 8 (Hardscrabble Road) in North Salem) that is blocking the right shoulder. Truck Gets Stuck On Busy Roadway In Putnam A large tractor-trailer got stuck on a Putnam Valley roadway on Tuesday, Jan. 22, blocking traffic. The truck got stuck at the major thoroughfare at the intersection of Oscawana Lake Road and Dunderburg Road in Putnam Valley, the Sheriff's Department said. The truck got hung up on the grade preventing it from moving forward and making a turn. On the scene were the Sheriff’s Putnam Valley Patrol and the ESU Unit.
