The alleged vandalism spree happened at around 10 p.m. Sunday, June 18, in Saratoga County, at Saratoga Spa State Park in Saratoga Springs. Troopers responded to a 911 call about a man damaging parked vehicles at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, according to New York State Police. The incidents happened Thursday, Oct. 6 in Rockland County, in the Village of Airmont. Westchester Man Driving Drunk Becomes Combative With Troopers, Police Say A 29-year-old man is facing felony charges after police said he drove while intoxicated in Westchester County and shoved a trooper against a patrol car, causing damage. Troopers stopped a vehicle on I-95 in Larchmont for vehicle and traffic violations at about 11:10 p.m. on Friday, June 24, according to New York State Police.
