The teen was arrested Friday afternoon, June 10, according to Albany Police. Her name is not being released due to her age. Investigators said the girl was behind the wheel of a stolen vehicle that fled from Albany police when officers attempted to stop it near Lark Street and Manning Boulevard on April 4.
