Teen From Region Others Beat Victims With Baseball Bat For Jordan A 19-year-old man and four others are accused of beating a father and son with baseball bats to steal their shoes at a Capital Region sports store over the weekend, authorities said.  Albany County resident Kyle H. Fowlkes, of Colonie, faces charges of robbery, two counts of assault, and possession of a weapon, Colonie police said. Town Installs Cameras At Hudson Valley Park To Help Fend Off Property Damage A town government in the Hudson Valley has installed high-resolution cameras at one of its favorite parks after what started out as youthful vandalism such as graffiti that could easily be painted over progressed to gang signs and heavy damage to property.
