Teen Arrested For Stabbing Death Of Former HS Soccer Star In Northern Westchester A 17-year-old teen has been arrested and charged with the stabbing death of a popular area soccer star in Northern Westchester. According to the City of Peekskill Police Chief Donald Halmy, the teen, a Peekskill resident, was arraigned on a second-degree murder charge based on his role in the stabbing death of Joaquin Salazar on Saturday, Nov. 28.
