Her friend of over 50 years just moved in, too. Smoke was sent billowing through the air when a pickup truck became fully engulfed in flames at the merger of I-684 and the Saw Mill River Parkway on Thursday morning. First responders were dispatched at approximately 11 a.m. to I-684, at the Saw Mill River Parkway juncture near exit 43 in Katonah, where there was a multi-vehicle crash that left one car in flames near the guardrail of the southbound lanes.
