Saratoga County eatery Haru Japanese Steak House, located in Saratoga Springs at 15 Old Gick Road, opened Thursday, Oct. 19. The site was previously home to a Golden Corral. Under the direction of owner Tehen Yu, the restaurant offers a wide selection of Japanese fare, including sushi, teriyaki, and udon bowls.
