Members of the Yonkers Police Department responded to Saint Joseph’s Hospital at approximately 11:10 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 6, where there was a report of a man who suffered a gunshot wound and collapsed in the parking lot. Teen Charged With Murder For Fatal Daytime Shooting In Westchester A 16-year-old has been arrested and charged in connection to the fatal shooting of a 17-year-old in broad daylight in Westchester on Tuesday. Yonkers Police Det. Sgt. Dean Politopoulos announced on Wednesday, Jan. 30, that they have apprehended Yonkers Gavin Chisolm, 16, for this alleged role in the fatal incident. Police also identified his victim, Kasean Tuthill.
