Sergeant Gregory Lischak was injured in Dutchess County around 1:30 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 16 during the stop on Route 9G in Rhinebeck. A preliminary investigation determined the driver, Nicolas Antunano, age 23, of Poughkeepsie, was wanted on an outstanding warrant, said Trooper AJ Hicks. Man Faces Vehicular Manslaughter Charge After Rhinebeck Crash That Killed Woman, 20 State police have charged a 35-year-old man from the Albany area with manslaughter for a crash earlier this month that killed a Vermont woman. Robert J. Dancy of Worcester in Otsego County was charged at his hospital bed with felony vehicular manslaughter, and driving while intoxicated, said New York State Trooper AJ Hicks.
