911 Call Leads Troopers To Greenwich I-95 Wrong-Way Driver A 911 call led Connecticut State Police to apprehend a wrong-way driver from New York in Fairfield County who was allegedly driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The incident occurred in Greenwich around 1:40 a.m. on Friday, March 22 on I-95 near Exit 3.
