Three Hudson Valley men were arrested in a week and nabbed with a total of six guns. The arrests took place in Orange County during the week of Monday, Aug. 15, in the City of Newburgh. Teen Nabbed With Gun, Drugs After Shots Fired In Area, Police Said
An Orange County teen was allegedly nabbed with a gun and drugs after officers responded to a Shot Spotter activation. Quasim K. Blamoville, 17, of Newburgh, was arrested a little after midnight on Friday, April 12, after City of Newburgh police responded to the area of North Miller and South streets for a Shot Spotter activation, said Det. Man Charged After Firing Shots Across Route 6 Near Neighboring Homes
A 38-year-old man is facing two felony charges after state police say he fired shots across a busy area roadway near neighboring homes. Troopers were dispatched to Bloomer Road in the town of Southeast on Saturday, Sept. 1 after receiving a complaint of shots fired. An investigation found Gueorgui A. Stoytchev of Southeast discharged a legally owned Winchester 30-30 across State Route 6 within 500 feet of the houses, state police from the Brewster barracks said.
