Man Admits To Northern Westchester Home Invasion After Following Victim From Store A 79-year-old man has admitted to acting as a getaway driver after he and a co-conspirator followed a woman home from a Westchester grocery store, pulled a gun on her and robbed her. Manhattan resident Philip Budin pleaded not guilty to second-degree attempted robbery, a violent felony, for his role in a burglary in Chappaqua last year. Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino said that as part of the plea, Budin will be required to pay restitution by the time of his sentencing date on Oct. 10.
