The Albany incident happened at around 1:45 a.m. Wednesday, June 5, in the city’s West Hill neighborhood, near Second and Quail streets. Officers found a 46-year-old woman who was shot in the leg and a 13-year-old boy suffering from a graze bullet wound to his arm.
