Six From Westchester Charged With DWI In State Police Stops New York State Police troopers in the Hudson Valley busted nearly 30 motorists who were allegedly driving while impaired over the last week-plus. The local residents charged were:  Westchester County On Friday, Oct. 26, State Police from East Fishkill arrested Walter L. Traub, 41, of Bedford, for DWI. He was traveling on I-84 in Patterson, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested. Molinaro Campaign Expects Support From Republican Governors Association Record Fundraising A spokesman for Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro, who is challenging Democrat Andrew Cuomo for governor on Nov. 6, said the campaign expects to benefit from the national Republican Governors Association record fundraising this election cycle.
