On Monday morning, Con Edison was reporting that there were 31 current outages in Westchester, as of 10:30 a.m., impacting 335 of their 348,198 customers who were left in the dark. New York State Police troopers stopped a 2014 Dodge Charger in New Castle at approximately 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 26 in New Castle, when the driver committed a traffic violation.
