A 32-year-old Connecticut man was apprehended after authorities caught him snorting cocaine inside a vehicle in the Hudson Valley, police announced. The arrest was made on Monday, Aug. 26 just before 3 p.m., when a man was seen snorting a white powdered substance while sitting in the driver's seat of a car in the Putnam County town of Southeast, the Putnam County Sheriff's Office said on Monday, Sept. 30. A 32-year-old man from the region faces a long list of charges for selling cocaine and prescription medication in the Hudson Valley, authorities announced. Ulster County resident Kevin Lamastro of Highland was arrested on Saturday, Sept. 21 on an outstanding warrant related to his alleged sale of narcotics in Putnam County, the Putnam County Sheriff's Office announced on Tuesday, Sept. 24. A total of five people face drug-related charges after authorities made arrests in three separate incidents in the Hudson Valley, police said. A 30-year-old man is facing charges after he allegedly sold heroin in Putnam, police say. Members of the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department Narcotics Enforcement Unit (NEU) say they purchased a quantity of heroin from Jose Manzueta on Route 22 in the Town of Southeast on Wednesday, July 10. Manzueta was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony. A Yorktown man has been charged after selling LSD in Putnam, police say. Putnam County Sheriff’s Department officers say they arrested Anthony Piscitelli, 20, of Yorktown on Wednesday, June 26 after a lengthy investigation by the department’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit (NEU). An investigation into an alleged Putnam County drug dealer led to the arrest of a 22-year-old Carmel man who was caught with heroin and other drugs during a bust.
