Orange County resident Andrew Concors, of Middletown, was arrested on Friday, Aug. 26, and charged with three counts of third-degree grand larceny, New York State Police reported. 39-Year-Old Killed In 3-Vehicle Crash At Hudson Valley Intersection One person was killed in a three-vehicle crash at a busy intersection in the Hudson Valley. The Orange County incident happened Friday, Aug. 19 in the Town of Crawford. A 1995 Chevy van operated by Shawn Dehann, age 33, was traveling eastbound on Route 17K when he entered the intersection with Route 302, Crawford Police said.  A 2005 Chevy Equinox operated by Samantha Meyer, age 42, of Pine Bush was traveling southbound on Route 302 and collided with the van at the intersection, according to police. 34-Year-Old Hudson Valley Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Child A Hudson Valley man is accused of sexually abusing an underage teen. Following an investigation, New York State Police and the Orange County Child Protective Services determined that Cecilio Navarro, age 34, of Middletown, had engaged in sexual contact with a child under the age of 15. Navarro was arrested Tuesday, June 14, on two counts of rape and predatory sexual assault against a child, all felonies. He was also charged with misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child. Navarro was arraigned in the City of Newburgh Court and ordered held at the Orange County Jail
