Teacher's Hit-Run Killer Gets 1 To 3 Years For Capital Region Crash; Widow Says 'Not Enough' The family of a beloved teacher who was killed in a hit-and-run crash in the region is calling for change after the man responsible was given no more than 36 months behind bars. Saratoga County resident John Lincoln-Lynch, age 57, of Moreau, was sentenced to an indeterminate term of one to three years in prison in Saratoga County Court on Tuesday, Oct. 31.
