Woman Charged With Leaving Scene After Hitting Pedestrian In Northern Westchester, Police Say A 28-year-old woman was arrested for allegedly hitting a pedestrian and then leaving the scene of the accident. Caitlin White, of Putnam Valley, was arrested by Yorktown Police around 6 p.m., on Thursday, Dec. 19, after responding to the report of a pedestrian hit, said Yorktown Police. The pedestrian was transported to Westchester Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
