New Update: Police ID 20-Year-Old Victim Of Westchester Crash
Police have identified the 20-year-old Westchester man who was killed in a violent crash that left his passenger in critical condition.
The crash took place around 11:40 p.m., Monday, July 3 at 1420 West Boston Post Road (Route 1) in the town of Mamaroneck.
The driver who was killed was Anthony Diosdado, a resident of New Rochelle.
The front-seat passenger, Andy Romeo Fuentes, age 18, also of New Rochelle, remains in critical condition at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx, said Capt. James Maher, of the Town of Mamaroneck Police.

Westchester DA Announces Charges For DPW Worker In Hit-Run Crash That Killed 16-Year-Old
A Westchester public works employee who allegedly was intoxicated when he hit and killed a popular 16-year-old high school student riding a scooter has been charged with leaving the scene of a crash.
Stephen Dolan, age 46, of Yonkers, was arraigned on Friday, Aug. 5, and held on a $250,000 cash bond, or $2.5 million bond following the death of Christopher Jack “CJ” Hackett, age 16, of Yonkers, said Westchester County District Attorney Miriam E. Rocah.
Hackett attended Archbishop Stepinac High School in White Plains.

Woman Dies In Westchester House Fire
A Westchester woman has died from injuries following a fire at her apartment over the weekend.
The 52-year-old died on Monday, Nov. 29, from injuries incurred during the fire that took place on Richbell Road around 10:50 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 27, in the Village of Mamaroneck.
When police and fire arrived on the scene, the fire had mainly been extinguished by Good Samaritans using fire extinguishers, said Village of Mamaroneck PD Lt. Mark Gatta.
Fire Department officials located the woman, the sole occupant, inside the apartment, Gatta said.

Two teens have been identified after an early morning crash on the Saw Mill River Parkway in Westchester.
The crash took place around 12:45 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 25, on the southbound Saw Mill near Rumsey Road, in Yonkers, said Kieran O'Leary, spokesman for the Westchester County Police.
Ali Alghaithi, age 17, of Manhattan, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene at 1:06 a.m., Feb. 25, O'Leary said.

Fotis Dulos, the man accused of killing his estranged wife, missing Fairfield County mother of five Jennifer Farber Dulos, has been declared dead, according to his attorney.
Dulos, 52, was pronounced dead at 5:32 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 30 his lawyer, Norm Pattis, told members of the news media outside Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx.

Fotis Dulos, the estranged husband of missing Fairfield County mother of five Jennifer Farber Dulos, is clinging to life and being treated for carbon monoxide poisoning hours after an apparent suicide attempt, police say.
Dulos was found at his Farmington, Connecticut, mansion around noon, Tuesday, Jan. 28, after he failed to show up in court for an emergency bond hearing, said Farmington Police spokesman Lt. Tim McKenzie at a press conference.
