Morris County Volunteer Firefighter, 22, Dies In Hunter Mountain Ski Accident A 22-year-old volunteer firefighter from Florham Park was killed after he fell while skiing at Hunter Mountain in New York, authorities said. Robert Vrablik was on the Twilight trail with his sister and a friend when he fell and landed on his face and chest around 3 p.m. Saturday, New York State Police said. Vrablik was responsive while being taken to Albany Medical Center but declared dead at 7:18 p.m., police said. Cardiac contusion was the cause of death, the DailyFreeman reports. Courtney O’Connell, Former HS Cheerleader In Westchester, Dies At 20 Courtney Elizabeth O’Connell, a lifelong resident of New Rochelle, died on Sunday, Jan. 28. She was 20 years old. She was a student at New Rochelle High School where she was an exceptional member of the cheerleading team. She also loved basketball and could often be seen wearing her “12″ jersey with a ball in her hand. Later, she attended Westchester Community College and was seeking a career in nursing.
