Hudson Valley Street Gang Member Sentenced For 2016 Murder, Racketeering
The last of three gang members charged in the death of a Hudson Valley teen has been sentenced to prison. Dutchess County resident Dimetri Moseley, age 28, of Poughkeepsie, a member of the "Uptown" gang, was sentenced on Wednesday, Dec. 14, said Damian Williams, the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York. Four Members Of Middletown Drug Trafficking Organization Charged With Distributing Heroin
Four suspects are facing life in prison after being charged for their roles in a multi-year heroin distribution ring in Orange County. U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman announced that an indictment has been unsealed alleging that from 2015 through last year, Luis “Colla” Ortiz, Felix Velez, Carmen “Evaliz” Torres and Jose Colon conspired to distribute more than a kilogram of heroin in Middletown. Retail Hudson Valley Heroin Store Operators Sentenced In White Plains
A group of area men is heading to prison after pleading guilty to running an organized heroin ring out of an Orange County storefront. Geoffrey Berman, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York announced the sentencing of Victor R.
