Man Charged With DWI In Connection To Crash That Killed 29-Year-Old In Region State police have charged a man from the region with alleged vehicular manslaughter and DWI in connection to the death of a 29-year-old man. 29-Year-Old Killed In 2-Vehicle Crash In Region A 29-year-old driver was killed in a two-vehicle crash in the region. Troopers in Sullivan County responded to a report of a crash in the town of Delaware on Jeffersonville North Branch Road at about 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 13, New York State Police reported.
