The body of Dennis Jones, 40, of Freeport was pulled from the Milburn Pond on the Baldwin/Freeport border on Saturday, Dec. 28, Nassau County Police said. He was pronounced dead at 4:21 p.m., according to police. Putnam County sheriff’s deputies responded to T. Webber Plumbing and Heating, located at 3365 Route 9 in the Town of Philipstown, on the call of a bomb threat on Thursday, Dec. 13 at approximately 2 p.m., Sheriff Robert L. Langley Jr. said.
