Hyde Park School Bus Driver Of Year Named With a smile and a shiny plaque in her hands, a Hudson Valley school bus driver was named Driver of the Year. Dutchess County resident, Linda Lawlor of the Hyde Park Central School District, was recently named School Bus Driver of the Year by the Dutchess County Traffic Safety Board.  County representatives presented Lawlor with a plaque on Wednesday, April 24, in front of Haviland Middle School. Arlington Woman Named Dutchess County School Bus Driver of the Year A woman from Arlington has officially been named as the winner of the 18th annual Dutchess County’s School Bus Driver of the Year award. Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro announced Wednesday, May 1 that Janice Tito of the Arlington Central School District was chosen for the coveted award.
