City of Poughkeepsie resident Rackish Salmon, 35, was taken into custody by the Dutchess County Task Force on Friday, Aug. 23, following the execution of a search warrant of his South Cherry Street home. Investigators said that the warrant came as a result of an investigation into drug sales that were taking place at Salmon’s home and in surrounding neighborhoods.
