Anthony J. Finegan, 50, was arrested on Wednesday, May 22, following a domestic incident on Tuesday, May 21 by having physical contact with the person who has a protective order against him, said Town of Poughkeepsie Police Capt. Kevin Faber. Finegan was charged with criminal contempt, and harassment. He is being held at the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash/$5,000 bond.
